These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Headroom (“Headroom,” “the Service,” “we,” “us”), operated by Mainmo Pte. Ltd.


By using Headroom, you agree to these Terms.



1. Eligibility


You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use the Service.



2. The Service


Headroom is an AI-powered operating system for founders and professionals. It provides task management, scheduling, integrations, and AI agents that can generate suggestions and take actions on your behalf.


Features may change, improve, or be removed at any time.



3. Your Account


You are responsible for:


  • Maintaining the security of your account

  • All activity that occurs under your account


You must provide accurate information and notify us of any unauthorized access.



4. AI Agents and Actions


Headroom may allow AI agents to perform actions on your behalf, including interacting with third-party services (e.g., sending messages, scheduling events, updating tasks).


By using these features, you:


  • Authorize Headroom to execute actions based on your inputs, configurations, and usage

  • Acknowledge that actions may be triggered automatically or with minimal confirmation

  • Accept full responsibility for any actions taken by the AI on your behalf


You are solely responsible for reviewing, approving, and monitoring all outputs and actions.


We do not guarantee that any action will be executed correctly, completely, or at all.


5. AI Outputs


AI-generated outputs are provided “as is” and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading.


You are responsible for evaluating and using outputs at your own risk.


Headroom is not liable for decisions made based on AI outputs.


6. Integrations and Third-Party Services


Headroom integrates with third-party services (e.g., Google Calendar, Gmail, Slack, WhatsApp).


By connecting these services, you:


  • Grant us permission to access and act on your behalf within the scope of those integrations

  • Agree to the terms of those third-party providers


We are not responsible for:


  • Third-party outages or failures

  • Data accuracy from third parties

  • Actions taken within third-party platforms


7. Your Content


You retain ownership of all data, content, and inputs you provide (“Your Content”).


You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to:


  • Process

  • Store

  • Transmit


Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service.


We do not sell Your Content.


Your data may be processed by third-party infrastructure and AI providers as part of delivering the Service.


8. Acceptable Use


You agree not to:


  • Use the Service for unlawful or harmful purposes

  • Attempt to access systems or data without authorization

  • Interfere with the Service or other users

  • Reverse engineer or exploit the system

  • Use the Service to send spam, abuse others, or conduct automated attacks


We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.


9. Availability and Reliability


Headroom is not a mission-critical system.


We do not guarantee:


  • Uptime

  • Task completion

  • Delivery of notifications or actions

  • Data persistence


You should not rely on Headroom for critical operations without independent verification.


10. Beta and Experimental Features


Some features may be in beta or experimental.


These features:


  • May change or be removed without notice

  • May behave unpredictably


We are not responsible for any loss or issues arising from their use.


11. Subscriptions and Payments


Headroom may offer free and paid plans.


  • Paid plans are billed in advance (monthly or annually)

  • Fees are non-refundable except as required by law

  • We may change pricing with reasonable notice


You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.


12. Intellectual Property


The Service, including its software, design, branding, and AI systems, is owned by Mainmo Pte. Ltd.


You may not copy, distribute, or use our intellectual property without prior written permission.


13. Termination


We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service.


Upon termination:


  • Your access ends immediately

  • We may delete your data after a reasonable period


14. Disclaimers


The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”


We disclaim all warranties, including:


  • Merchantability

  • Fitness for a particular purpose

  • Non-infringement


We do not guarantee that the Service will be:


  • Error-free

  • Secure

  • Uninterrupted


15. Limitation of Liability


To the maximum extent permitted by law:


We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including:


  • Loss of profits

  • Loss of data

  • Business interruption


Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.


16. Indemnification


You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mainmo Pte. Ltd. from any claims arising from:


  • Your use of the Service

  • Actions taken by AI agents on your behalf

  • Your violation of these Terms


17. Changes to These Terms


We may update these Terms from time to time.


Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.


18. Governing Law


These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
